CDA is employed direct by the Client to provide management services.

It is vital that the creative forces sought by the Client through the design team are allowed to flourish within the parametersof the brief. This environment does not simply occur, it has to be managed and CDA can either lead the team on behalfof the Client or be a member of the team.

CDA’s management systems are adapted to meet each Client’s requirements. The Practice takes pride in providing the Client with a quality service which enables the project's objectives to be achieved.

Whether CDA either leads the team or is a member of the Client's team of consultants it is used to forming a close professional relationship with the other members to achieve the Client's objectives. Relationships are developed by regular communication and the ability of any person who has a question to have access to key people to have it answered.

When CDA has been involved with extensions or worked with-in occupied premises it is vital to have the understanding and co-operation of the other users of the building. Regular meetings are held to keep those affected informed of noisy working or when services may be interrupted.
